CSU wins 2nd best paper in 2019 international confab on education

The International Research Enthusiast Society, Inc. (IRESinc.) released recently the result through Dr. Gualberto A. Magdaraog Jr., Conference Chairperson on June 21, 2019, of those which made marks in the Papers Presented in its conference.

Magdaraog bared that the paper from the Catanduanes State University (CSU) garnered the Second Best Paper during the 5th International Conference on Educational Paradigm, Systems and Strategies held in Mictotel by Wyndham Mall of Asia, Pasay City, Philippines on June 20-21, 2019.

The winning paper was entitled, “Organizational Culture on Organizational Performance: The CSU Case from the Teaching Perspective.” The research was authored and presented by Dr. Minerva I. Morales, CSU President, Professors Jose Z. Tria, Abelisa D. Evangelista, Rosel T. Ibardaloza, Arvie A. Alferez, and CAO Atty. Gregorio M. Sarmiento, Jr.  The event was attended by at least 4,000 delegates and research advocates in the Philippines and abroad.  Along with Dr. Magdaraog as General Co-Chair was Dr. Fujii Yusaku. Magdaraog said that the conference considered in their judgment of winning papers along with the following criteria: Originality, quality of argument, positioning, and writing style.
